Express Entry Photo Upload

Hi Guys,

I'm very confused with the photo specifications. So I went to a photo studio in the US and got a pic for the Canada upload. I told them i want 35x45mm and they were confused cause they were like it's usually 50x70mm. But they were very nice and gave me both. They gave me physical photos as well as digital copies.

Now for the digital copy, the 35x45mm one, the photo is 122 KB. However it is only 300dpi and 413x531 pixels.
So I am not sure if this will satisfy CIC. But I don't know what else to do to get it to their 420x540 pixels etc. Am I doing something wrong? Or can I upload this digital one?

If I scan the physical photo, it is 249 KB but kinda blurry. Which is the best method?

I am having the same issue while my pic is only 413x531 pixels. Can someone advise me how to satisfy CIC requirement for 420x540 pixels? Thanks a lot!

You can use the software to change the pixels and dpi.

I was in the same boat I requested my photostudio and they instantly provided me
