Express Entry PCC for Canada

Hi guys..
Just have one concern that I lived in canada for 2 years and came back to india in dec 2014. Currently working in india since march 2015.
So should I have to do PPC from canada as well?? and if yes then how can I do that as currently I am in india.
Can you provide any link.. do I have to do it after ITA,,,

and I dont understand it.. that link says if visa officer will ask it then only you have to provide. Plus how can I able to scan my fingerprints ???

You can get it done anytime. Visa officer will surely ask for it.

ok... currently I am in india.. so how can I able to do, I mean fingerprint scanning and all?
Also how much time it will take maximum for it. and how much money it will cost me..

You just have to send them your fingerprints, i don't know if there is any company in India where you can give electronic fingerprints, other option is to send them ink and roll prints.
