Express entry passed over 6 months

Hi there!
I have applied for my Permanent Residence application on April13, 2017.
People who applied after me has already recieved PPR . My case is stuck at security check. I Never been asked for any additional documents or anything. So why is it taking so long for PPR.
Please suggest me some possible solution.

If they need any documents from you, you will be notified via email or a message in your CIC profile messages. Alternatively, you can call on this number: +1 888 242 2100. This is the CIC helpline and they should be able to tell you if they had sent any communication to you or not. It is possible that you might have missed the email or communication (spam or just not received the email yet). In that case they will send out the communication again.
Please note that you will need a Canadian number to call on this number. One way to do that is install TextNow app on your phone - you can select a number with Canadian are code. Using this app you can call the number and find out. The best way is to go through the options and talk to a Customer Service Agent.

They used to accept calls from international numbers earlier but not anymore.
