Hi,

I have my MS in Computer Science from UK and IELTS with 7 bands in each. Have 3-year work experience in Pakistan, never been to Canada, age is 27.

My Wife is Canadian citizen.

Which option is better and fast for me? Express entry or Spousal Visa? Pls Help

If your CRS is above 450, then surely go for EE. I can also see you can improve your IELTS score to L 8. EE will be processed within 6 months for 80% of applicants and sponsorship will take up to 12 months for the same amount of applicants.
