I was trying to create a new EE profile for the past 3 days, when I done all the basic questions from the eligibility questionnaire, it shows Express Entry available, but after I click on "Continue", it keep showing me the following error:

"Our Online Services Are Currently Down
System-generated error code:XXXXXXX (2016-06-28 16:57:19)

Sorry

This on-line service is currently not available.

Possible reasons::

We are currently updating this Web site.
We are experiencing technical difficulties.
Please try again later."


I googled and searched everywhere, I have tried to change browsers, clear cache/cookies, restart everything, delete the profile and recreate one starting from the questionnaire. Nothing work, please help.
 
It is so frustrating I can't believe it, I logged in to make sure my info is correct and up to date, to find that my work history disappeared, and instead of transmitted says "in progress" as if I edited it, when the draw is tomorrow there's no time to recreate it and wait 24 hours for it to be active, I can't believe this I feel robbed
 
Who says the draw is tmr?
Does CIC publicly disclose that information out in the open?
 
Its expected to be, however it could be any day they like
 
Guys can you download the messages (pdf file) i've been trying to download my messages since i created my profile but it takes forever and then i have to kill the pages at last and restart but same thing
