Hi

I have 2 years of Canadian Education; 3 years of full-time experience in NOC B and one and a half years of part-time experience.

CELPIP is new, have funds.

in 2015, I created a profile, It was meeting CEC but my profile was expired but now it showing not legible.

Moreover, I created from the new account and now it says Skilled category (Met)

did someone face the same issue or know how to fix it?

How long ago was your Canadian work experience? What years was it from?

From 2015 to 2018 (Full Time) NOC B
2019 - Present Same job but Part time

My guess is that you don't have one year of Canadian work experience within the last three years.

Have you done that math?

I do, December 2018 when I stopped working full time.

So, I am still in 3 years period

You are not within the 3 years as it relates to your full time work experience.

You can only count work experience that falls within the last 3 years.

So for your full time work experience, you can only count work experience from around mid March 2018 to December 2018. That's not a full year. Does your part time experience since 2019 make up the difference? Is this part time work experience in a skilled profession? Have you included this in your Express Entry profile.

i am including all working hours; am I doing it wrong ?

Part Time: Jan 2019 - Present - NOC B
Full Time: June 2017 - Jan 2019 - NOC B
Full Time: Sep 2015 - June 2017 - NOC B

What is your status in Canada now? What kind of visa have you held since Jan 2019?

I worked full time on Work permit, and status was changed to student In Jan 2019

So it makes sense in that case that you don't qualify for CEC.

You cannot count work experience gained while on a study permit towards the 1 year Canadian work experience requirement.

And you no longer have 1 year of Canadian work experience within the last 3 years from the time you were on a work permit.

Your Express Entry profile is correct. You do not meet the requirements for CEC. There is no error.
