Ok so everybody know this,Express Entry has no occupation limit, which is great. But will this regulation apply to CEC as well?
This will give international student who attended in a program which does not fit for a job listed in CEC occupation limit a really big chance to apply for PR visas.

Express Entry does not eliminate CEC. It is the first step before you apply under CEC. So one may apply EE without a skilled job, but doesn't get invitation to apply. Even if they do, it's still confined by occupation limit of CEC. Now this may change after EE starts (we never know until they announce) but I doubt CIC will make things easier.

Besides, CIC will probably give higher priority to people with a skilled job (which goes inline with existing programs anyway) than those with unskilled jobs.

CEC under express entry is still very confusing IMO without any news since July. I'm starting to get pissed off as January is 2 months away. >:(
