Hi, my brother applied for Express entry through online profile system, and scored 460 points on the CRS, is there any possibility that the Minimum CRS draw score could reach up to this level by the end of this year or early January 2020, as his working status is completing in Jan end 2020. genuine advise and comments would be appreciated...thank you

Highly possible.. 460 is very good score.
