I have 2 mm granuloma

We got our PR even my wife has a granuloma. They did not ask for anything. You should be good

Upon our medical the panel physician seen a hardened spot like calcified granuloma in her lungs but she did do a additional test..she said that IRCC will decide if she have addtional test..is this will affect for our visa application?
