Hi,
I am wondering what the best approach would be based on this scenario: If one anticipates/is convinced spouse will not be willing to undergo medical exam or accompany one to Canada, what would be the most suitable option for marital status amongst (married, separated, divorced, etc) for express entry completion? How can any of these options affect if the non-accompanying spouse will be required to undergo the medical exam after an ITA is extended?
I highly appreciate your guidance and generous responses. Thank you.
