Express Entry - ITA - Rejected .. What are my next steps ?

Hello All,

I received my ITA on Sept 24 2020 (CRS : 463 + OINP PNP : 600 + Wife and Newborn). And I submitted my application on Nov 30 2020.
But my application was rejected on Jan 07 2021 stating that my PNP Nomination has expired on Oct 19 2020.

Here' timeline :
03/03/2020 - Received OINP nomination
09/24/2020 - Accepted ITA
10/19/2020 - OINP PNP expired
11/30/2020 - Submitted my ITA.
07/01/2021 - ITA rejected.
08/01/2021 - Created new EE profile and now my score has drastically dropped to 454.

I'm super disappointed and depressed at this point. Can someone guide me with next steps ?
