Express entry inquiries

Hi There,
I'm about to proceed my credential evaluation payment however I have some inquiries:

• I'm Moroccan and got graduated in Morocco, therefore all my documents should be submitted in French, I already got them from my university however my bachelor is in Arabic and I got it translated it in English by mistake.

Will WES accept my Bachelor translated in English?

• Since I don't live in Morocco, can my university submit my transcripts as well and put all the documents in one envelop?
• My last inquiry is about the package I should go for If i'm going to apply for express entry.
