Express entry - information needed

Hi,
Can anyone help me with the Pr Process for Students who have done Graduation but not regular .
I was working and the same time completed the graduation from a UGC registered Universitry.
Still working more than 2 years of experience.
Is it important to have work experience only after one is graduated or one just needs to be graduated form a UGC registered .
I have transcripts from my university
But I did my graduation from distance education in India while I was working

Graduated 2019 .
BCA ..
