Express Entry improvements: Fall 2017?

I am in the process of applying for LMIA. I am under PGWP and my employer is helping me for PR and i was about to apply for this LMIA next week. But now after seeing this reduction in points from 600 to 50 i do not know what should i really do.

My Post graduate work permit expires on July 29 th 2017.

I got something on my mind. I don know how good that works. I am married and i want my spouse to come here asap. Can i apply for LMIA that expires after 2 years? If i get work permit through LMIA for 2 years can i apply for SOWP - Spouse open work permit for my husband to come here?

My NOC Code is 2283 B.

Is this a good idea or is there any work around??

Please help me. AM totally pissed with these changes made by the government.

Why is it eating up your brain? Do you think that IRCC didn't consider that employers would have wasted time getting an lmia for workers that they can't use? The points will drop, but now you don't get an instant free pass. Hang tight, it'll happen.

Now they are giving 50 points to french work permits as well so now i think they have done with the promise to french people.

They have to get other skills to back it up. That's the point of the change.

Other improvements would not be the changes to express entry, I guess, such as some PNPs
