1. Anyone can please advise if IELTS is necessary or required for a spouse?

2. I am a provincial nominee and with a iob offer letter. Is it advisable to wait till jan 1 and apply EE or better to submit the pr applications before the new system will be implemented?

1. Not required. But spouse's IELTS will add more points to you. Since you already have provincial nomination, job offer (and canadian work experience I assume), you will have enough points to receive invitation to apply even without your spouse's IELTS.

2. I think it is better if you wait for express entry and apply. There, your application will be promptly evaluated and then processed once you get an invitation. Your wait will probably be longer if you apply under the current system.

Hi Guys

I have got 349 points without spouse. If my spouse gets basic minimum points in IELTS test how many more points I will get in my C R scoe.
Pls help.
