I would like to know that what can i do if the company I am claiming points no longer exists and the all employees work in different organisations. From whom do i get supporting documents.

Perhaps try contacting your former supervisor in that company? I guess he/she can certify your work experience.

You can contact your former supervisor/manager and get a letter on plain paper, then notarize it. Explain this situation in your letter of explanation.
