express entry from within vs outside Canada

Hello,

I have been residing in Toronto, but my rental lease will expire end of this month . I have 449 points (assuming good English scores) on CRS - I want to apply for express entry - I am yet to start the process (and give English exam).

I am considering moving to Singapore next month or two since I have a job offer there. Is it better to apply for express entry from Singapore, or can I start the process with my current Canadian address ? The place where I have rented the room in Toronto, is fine with me giving their address for Canadian PR.

Please advice on the details - since I am not well informed about matters downstream in the express entry process (address verification / intention to reside in Canada / Ontario , having to return to Canada for PR card etc)

You can apply from wherever you are as long as the information you provide at the time of application is valid and up-to-date.
