Hello everyone,

I am planning to apply for the EE under the Federal Skilled Worker program, but I have a question regarding the NOCs.

My current forgein work experience is:

Company A: 1 year and 2 months: NOC 0 (0601);
Company B: 1 year and 8 months: NOC B (1226);
Company C: 2 months: NOC B (1226).

The sum is exactly 3 years of forgein work experience, but would it count as 3 years although the experiences were obtained in differente NOCs?

Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately, no, it would not count as 3 years of experience:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...gibility/federal-skilled-workers.html#skilled

Your skilled work experience must be:
  • in the same type of job (have the same NOC) as the job you want to use for your immigration application (called your primary occupation)
But for my primary occupation, I would use the same type of job, NOC B 1226, which I have at least 1 year of paid and continuos work experience.

Yes you can count 3 years of experience for CRS purpose, assuming you meet the eligibility requirement, i.e your experience in primary NOC is continuous for at least 1 year
