Express Entry/ Multiple NOC/ 3+ yr experience requirement

Hi,
I have following work experiences:
A. 2 years and 9 months of non-Canadian full time (40 hrs/week) work experience as a Civil Engineer (NOC 2131, Skill level/type A)
B. 2 years and 1 month of non-Canadian part time (20 hrs/week) work experience as a Graduate Research Assistant (NOC 4012, Skill level/type A)

Can I combine these two NOCs and count towards the 3+ years foreign work experience requirement for CRS Express Entry program to get maximum score? My primary NOC is 2131 (Civil Engineer).

Also, is Birth Certificate required of primary applicant for Express Entry?

Yes you can use the experience. You have ECAs and language scores. You need a passport.
