I am a mother of 5 year old daughter. I got divorce 3 years back. In the divorce agreement it was not mentioned about child custody or visiting preferences. After the divorce his where abouts are not known.
Is it mandatory to submit either sole custody or NOC (which is not possible as his where abouts are not known)
