Express Entry for Mechanical Engineer

Hi Friends,
I am new to this forum. I need your help to suggest on my situation whether to apply for EE 2015 or not?
I am a Mechanical Engineer with M.Tech Degree and having total 6 years of experience.
I applied in FSW 2014, my application was reached on 31st December. My agent (consultancy) confirmed me that, my file was returned back due to global cap was filled and suggesting to apply in EE 2015 with additional charge of INR 60,000/- as their processing fees. I am confused now, to apply or not because I am not sure howmany points I will get in Express Entry system.
Here I am giving my details, please evaluate and suggest me.

Age: 30 Years
Education: M.Tech. (Post Graduation)
IELTS score: Listening 6.5, Reading 6.5, Writing 6.5 and Speaking 7
Marital Status: Single
Canadian Employment offer: NO
Canadian Job Experience: NIL

Please advice am I eligible or not for applying under EE in May 2015.

Hey, My assumption is that if you had 67 points in FSW2014, you would be eligible for EE2015 as well. But nonetheless, here is the link to check your eligibility for EE2015.
