I am writing this post to understand the steps to be taken further as per my situation :
1) We both have given the IELTS exam and my wife got the required result of 8777 in one go so currently as per the assessment we are getting calculate score as 460 points adding my 16 points to her profile.
2) We are currently waiting on the Employment Letter from her previous company where she worked till 2017 with a total experience of 3.7 yrs and is currently unemployed as she's taking care of our baby. Question: Is there any problem in applying for a PR if you are unemployed from past 1.5 yrs ?
3) I am currently being posted to France by my company and working here from past one month and calling my family in December. So before that we are getting online PCC done from INDIA (Delhi) for both of us and also my wife is planning to get the medical done in advance (called as upfront medical ).
Reason is that it is very high cost in getting the medical done from Paris , so she is doing it from India only before coming here. Question:
Will this can cause any problem once we will receive the EOI as she will be here in Paris at the time our invite will come ?
Requeys you to kindly guide us on this as we are new to the process and only getting the knowledge from this Forum .
Also please feel free to ask more questions if something is not clear from my end .
