My AOR is 25th December 2018. I added my spouse in Aug 2019 and then I used to regularly call Canada call center and they were like it's in bg check . Last week I called again and the agent told me she wasn't able to access my details because it's currently being processed in NDV. I am really worried because I have read that NDV is too slow and I have already crossed 18 months. Can someone help? Is someone experiencing same thing?
