I have 2 year 10 months of experience in the same job working 45 hours per week. Considering the work is 45 hours, can that be counted as 3years work exp?

If not, can i work on open work permit in Canada for 2 more months and add it to the foreign work exp and consider it under 3 or more category?

I am currently on study permit in Canada.

No - you have two years of work experience. Extra hours worked cannot be carried over to form additional weeks.

Yes - you can work 2 more months in Canada once you have completed your studies and applied for the PGWP so that you can have 3 years.
