Id like to ask about this.
If I am a asylum seeker or I have received asylum in another country that is not the US or UK, am I still elegible to ask for a visa to Canada under EE or any other program? Does that become an issue?

You can apply for PR if you qualify. You will unlikely be approved for any temporary visa like work, student or visitor.

Given the current situation I am going through, I'm most likely looking for protection in the country I'm in right now. If given, after that, would that be an issue of sorts to apply to EE or to become a provincial candidate?
