Hi All,

My Husband wants to immigrate to Canada .I am a licensed bar member and currently practicing law in India.I have studied Masters of Law(Both LLB and LLM are class room education)
I also have M Com degree(Both B Com and M Com is done through Distance Education).
The question is :
1. What degree Should I get evaluated for more score ?Law degree or Commerce degree ?
2.Can I evaluate both degrees in a single application ? Will that give me more points ?

Please advice

Get both the degrees evaluated in one application. If any one of them is considered as a Masters degree, you will get points for Masters only. Having 2 Masters degree will not give you more points.
