Express entry - ECA -IQAS OR WES ??

Hi All,

Is the graduation certificate needed for ECA ? I haven't collected my graduation certificate yet and the university says it would take more than 3 months.
Is it needed or would the consolidated or provisional certificates work ?
Also, I did my MBA from SRM university, Is it accepted as a masters degree by WES ?
Or should i go for IQAS ?
