Express Entry - ECA Evaluations if I have transferred schools.

Dears,

I have one bachelors degree that I obtained from Arizona State University, but I started my 4-year program in Saint Louis University where I studied for 3 semesters (1.5 years), then transferred to Arizona State where I stayed for 5 semesters (2.5 years).

Do I have to submit transcripts from both schools to WES for the ECA evaluation? Also, do I mention both schools in my express entry application or do I just mention the one where I graduated from? Thanks in advance guys.

You have to submit both to WES, as they evaluate based on the complete transcript. In EE, you can mention based on what you get in your ECA.
