Hi,

Can anyone please let me know how to contact CIC?

I'm an FSW-O from India, AOR Dec 17. My 6 months are about to complete and there are no signs of PPR. My BG shows "In-Process" since May 1st and I'm not sure why my file is stuck. I do not have extensive travel history, my profile was pretty simple and straight forward. I don't know what is taking so long?!

My agent is suggesting me to wait till we hear from CIC but after reading some posts in the forum I felt that I should contact them and ask for the update.

I would really appreciate if someone can help me here!

I don't the call center number for outside canada applicant. It is pretty simple...call them and opt for talk to agent option in express entry application status. Most of the times they will tell you the update but few agents give you standard reply ...wait until 6 months are over.

Got my GCMS today. Eligibility is passed, however security is blank (no idea why). My group name is EE Dec Pace and group # is 2-MXFGO7X. Anyone has the same group number?

PPR - 25th May
PP sent - 03 June
PP received - 07 June
Application approved - 12 June
Tracker activated - 14 June
PP received back - 16 June
Landed @ Peace Arch border in Surrey (BC) & Became PR on 16th June

Yes, it's just another Canadian number

Just follow the instructions and be prepared to wait for half an hour.
Some agents are good and will help, others might not even ask your application number!
