Hi,

I am not sure but i think outlanders can not contact CIC on phone. so wait for a better response from some1 experience.
But In my opinion if you already reached your benchmark of 6 months the best and the ligimtimate way of getting most authentic information from CIC is to send the an email (CSE Case Specific Enquiry). for this you need to mention your
app. numb. , UCI number ,DOB , applicant name .
send it to your relevant VO visa office and you receive a response with in 2 weeks .

Thanks for your help on this, I'll send an email to CIC this weekend. My 6 months benchmark will be complete this Friday. Hopefully, I'll get a response quickly.

My file is at NDVO. GCMS notes says approved and request visa on april 12, no update after that.
is there anyway to contact NDVO??
