See they really love us like anything :d, my case is very complicated, there are already notes from MP and Immigration Minister's office, so I will wait; what luck decides for me this time, and just to add this is my 3rd application for PR, if they approved it, well enough, otherwise I'm going back to home sweet home.

Wow Seems like you are well through all of this , BTW why do you have to apply 3rd time and got notes from minister's office . IF you don't mind sharing.

First time PCC, 22nd time they didn't accept my job experience letter, 3rd time they asked for my wife's medical, told them going through separation, so not possible, then they asked for divorce letter, I said it's not that simple, I can't divorce her due to other family marriages related to my marriage :d lol, they they said, give us something, then I gave them separation letter on 26th May and waiting since then

During IP2, when IRCC process security check, will they base on Police clearance certificate or will they contact local police in our country?

My country is not very sensible, but English is not popular in my hometown. It was hard for me to obtain the Police Clearance Form translated in English. Now if IRCC contact them, I am afraid that no body wants to answer the phone or reply e-mail.

So criminality is based on PCC. Security check means they will run your name through interpol and some other databases to see what naughty things you have been upto lol
