They updated the UI of mycic account. I've got Unique Client Identifier for each family member now.

Background check has been changed to "We are processing your background check".

Yeah.. I noticed, application was also down.. So new GUI changes by CIC :-/

Today, i have got some update on my CIC with new format. But i see in the additional documents section, Request additional documents to process my application and check the messages below. But i couldnt see any in my account as well as my mail. Is there any one got the same like me

Yeah, I have got the same message as you. I think its just a technical error.
 
Checked today and found my BG check from NA to IP2
Hope get the PPR soon

One question to ask: I have a trip plan at the end of June.
What should I do if I receive the PPR before but close to my trip?

I called the CIC now and the agent told me to raise the issue using IRCC webform. very much scary now as i have waited so long now and any additional document at this time,then thats it. :(
