Express Entry Draws and Rule Change

Hello everyone,
Going by latest express entry draw which was well over 534 points, I am bit worried. Does anyone think points would go down below 450 or anyone heard possible changes in rules help international student get PR.
Any response would be greatly appreciated

Unlikely in the near future to get near 450.
