I got nominated for express entry and want to include my step child in the application. Are there any documents to provide even as she will be travelling with my wife (his biological mother) to Canada?
The problem is his biological father is out of the country and has not been in contact with them since he was born. The boy is 10 years old now. Do we still need permission after he refused his responsibilities and does not even carr about him?
