I am currently working here in Canada, work permit under positive LMO valid until end of this year. I created my EE profile using my LMO number and the system accept it and gave me 600 points.

Hi , i created an express entry profile and only got 828 points without the educational assessment..and profile shows eligible to Canadian experience class .my NOC code is B.any chance to select first draw?.

Where did u get that info? I think that is not true because they base on points, then the first draw not yet done, how come they say that? But that's only my opinion. We just just for others opinion.

There is no cap for any NOCs. (Of course there is in 2014 before EE)

You should be able to create profile and wait for the draw.
