Express Entry company requirement

Hi guys,

Hope you are all well. Currently, I'm working as an administrative assistant in a small company located in Vancouver, Canada. I'm planning to use this job title to apply for EE after I work there for a year. I already checked all the job duties about NOC 1241 – Administrative assistants and my job match 90% of it.

My question is
1. Since it is a small company, basically there are only me and my manager work in that company. Would it be a problem when I apply for EE?
2. If yes, what is the minimum company size that the government requires for?

Not a problem, you just have to prove you were hired by a company engaged in legitimate business and performed the duties of a skilled NOC for the requisite number of hours.
