Express entry clarification

Hi all,

I am having CRS score as 449 and planning to add my job offer letter. The problem is with my job offer letter few details are missing. Is it advisable to proceed with the job offer letter or should I wait in the pool for any other opportunities. Please advise.

What is missing? The job offer must contain specific info if claiming 50 points.

I am currently working in IBM Canada with Intra company transfer. My initial offer letter has all the details with the company letter head and my extended offer letter has the similar details in email. Can I submit all the documents by giving explanations since IBM is not supporting to give reference letter for PR.?

Please advise.

Did you read the link. It says in writing and not sure an email would be considered.
