Express entry (certificate of qualification)

hello everyone,
I have a question regarding certificate of qualification. I am planning to give Operator in Training test for waster water operator. I studied environmental technician and currently working as retail sales supervisor in convenience store. I have no experience in the field I studied. my concern is do I get 50 points to pass the test and gain the certificate as it is what is close to what I studied in college or do I need 1 yr of experience in this field?
please help me with my query.

No, it will not count as a CoQ for the points - assuming you are talking about Ontario, it is not a qualification that is overseen by the Ontario College of Trades, therefore it will not be considered.
