Hello people, below is my scenario. Any suggestions will be welcome.

I have applied for Express Entry under the CEC with a valid job offer for 1 year. I also got the invitation to apply today.
However, I want to be able to go back to India for a year due to personal reasons by end of June/July.
Does this mean that my PR will get rejected as I will no longer work in Canada once I get my PR? Thought she/Suggestions how can I make this work?

thanks

Do you need the 50 points to meet the cut off? If not, include an LOE and say that you don't actually have a job offer. That's the best thing to do.

Yes I need the 50 points. My score without 50 points is 433
In that case I think it's a dice roll. You can try moving ahead with the application and hope IRCC doesn't figure out you've left Canada for a year. If they find out, then I think you can expect to lose the 50 points and have your application refused.

The only way to guarantee this will work out is to change your plans and remain in Canada.
