Express Entry CEC and FSW

Hi guys,

I have a question about CRS.

I have a valid job offer and LMIA.
I have been working at the same place over one year full-time.

I submitted my express entry profile recently but while I'm eligible for CEC, it considers me under as Federal Skilled Worker which lovers my score.

Does anyone know how I can change it or whom I should contact?

Not sure what you mean by “lower score due to being eligible under FSW”. Try putting 0 under PoF, so you won’t be considered under FSW.

When I used CRS to check my score, I had 460 points. However, when I submit my application, I had only 394 points. Also. what do you mean by "Try putting 0 under PoF"?

What am I eligible for?

One of the eligibility requirements for FSW is proof of funds. If you put 0 on PoF, then you won’t be considered under FSW. Is your Canadian work experience under NOC 0, A or B?

There is obviously an error in the information you entered for your Canadian work experience. You need a skilled NOC, your employer must obviously be in Canada, and you have to answer a series of questions correctly at the end of each Canadian job entry - there are questions about working under a study permit, working without authorization, etc - if you answer those incorrectly, your work experience will not be eligible.

I have my NOC 6322 Pizza Cook written in the LMIA, I believe it's B.
I have a job offer
I have one year of fulltime Canadian work experience, but my past experience is only parttime
My language level is fairly over CBL 5
I have been legally working and living in Canada
I had my ECA report as well

I don't know if I'm missing something

Thank you for the reply.

I tried but it didn't work. It's written in the LMIA "Noc code and title 6322 Pizza cook" There are many arguments says it's not NOC B but I am not sure
