i am working in a restaurant with a lmia based WP of noc-c level job, completed 1 year of work , work permit expired , applied for work permit extension with new lmia of noc-b (supervisor) , lmia got approved but waiting for WP extension yet. My ques is under which category of express entry can i apply after completing 1 year in this noc-b ?, does i have to complete another one year to b eligible to apply for xpress entry or i can apply soon after getting work permit extension? will my previous experience of noc-c counts? and if i have to wait for one year to apply , does this experience during implied status will be counted in that another 1 year eligibility?

You are eligible for CEC or FSW. Look at eligibility requirements for the streams. NOC C doesn’t count so you need a year of work experience in NOC B & then you can apply.

I think you posted this earlier and your questions were already answered.

Your previous experience uncer NOC C will not count under Express Entry (FSW or CEC).

Once you have one year of work experience in the NOC B role, you will qualify under CEC. If you have at least one year of work experience from your home country in a NOC A, B or 0 role, then you may qualify to submit an Express Entry profile now. Note that you want to score 470+ to have a good chance of being selected.
