Express Entry BC - Skilled Worker category

Hey,

I'm thinking of applying in this category. M currently in Ontario with 2 yrs exp. in my field of education (in Canada).

If I get an job offer from BC in my field, Would I be eligible to apply in this category??

A full time permanent job offer is sufficient? or Does my employer have to help me applying in this category??

Please advise.
