Express Entry: "approval-in-principle" for OHIP

Do we get any sort of "approval-in-principle" when applying for Express Entry? If we do, when would we get one?

This is related to OHIP since you can get OHIP once you get confirmation from CIC of "approval-in-principle", but I am not sure how this apply in Express Entry application.

Here's the wording from the OHIP website:

you have submitted an application for permanent residence in Canada, and Citizenship and Immigration Canada has confirmed that you meet the eligibility requirements to apply for permanent residence in Canada ;

Are we going to get any kind of confirmation from Express Entry / CIC about this that will allow us to apply for OHIP?

express entry is not a program. You need approval-in-principal for one of the programs (FSW, CEC, FST...), you can read about that here, but basically you have to receive the acknowledgement of receipt letter from CIC (not the eAPR email, but a letter), the same letter that makes you eligible for the BOWP...
