Express Entry Approval - Arrival Deadlines

Hi all,

If approved for Express Entry into Canada, is there a strict timeframe that the applicant must move to Canada by? Say for example, after being put into Express Entry pool and after all paperwork is submitted and selected for approval, and let's say that approval is given by November 2020, is it possible for the approved candidate to put a hold off on moving to Canada until June 2021? This would allow for their work contract to be finalized overseas before transering to the new workplace in Canada. I am wondering if there are deadlines that Express Entry must follow, or if they are expecting an immediate move to Canada in the very near future if selected?

Thanks, good to know it will normally be a 1 year window from medical test. My wife is a bit concerned about the Covid 19 nasal swab test, as she has heard that it can be quite painful. Do you know if the nasal swab test is a requirement before landing in Canada or can they take a blood test?
