Express Entry - Applying Permanent Resident Inside Canada

Hello Everyone,

I am currently on open Work Permit Visa and my visa and work permit is to be expired next year.

I am planning to apply for my Permanent residency - I would like to know my next step and if anyone could advise me whether should I take IELTS again and any related exams and documents that is required.
