Express Entry application with Student Visa application

Hi All,

We are planning to move and settle in Canada. As the probability of getting PR visathrough express entry/PNP is less, we thought to go for study visa. My wife will apply for study visa and I will go as dependent after she landed in Canada.
What will happen if we apply for Student visa, Express Entry/PNP at a time?
Will our student visa get rejected?

Please provide some possible options also.

You need to meet the same eligibility requirements for a study permit as anyone else; namely, sufficient funds and ties to your home country.
