Express entry application when I AM still A PR , but cant enter Canada

I ahve a pr status but my PR CARD HAS expired,
my appeal is also pending before IAD
I WANT TO APPLY IN EXPRESS ENTRY.
can i renounce my status later when I get an ITA?
OR I NEED TO RENOUNCE MY PR STATUS BEFORE APPLYING FOR EXPRESS ENTRY?
is there any law or decisions on this situation?
i do not want to renounce my PR STATUS BEFORE I GET ANOTHER.

As you are currently still a PR, your application would be refused. You would need to wait until the IRB makes a determination on your status or you would need to renounce your PR.

You mean that I cannot make an express entry profile before renouncing my existing Pr?

Your not eligible for Express Entry as you are still a PR until IRCC decides otherwise. So no, you can't apply.
