Can anyone share your thoughts on below: The stage wise status shown in Application status Tracker is 'Completed', but the IRCC portal shows 'Eligibility' and 'Background' stages as 'In Progress' only. Is it reliable to trust that Application Status Tracker is correct?

Thanks for information. So is it a common scenario that GC key doesn't use to get updated as per the Tracker for Eligibility and Background?
GCKey and PR tracker both get updated differently. Tracker's data is closest to the truth(for BGC and Eligibility), although, it also lags 2-4 days behind the real progress.
