Hi,
I am currently applying for Express entry and I am pretty confused about a question that I got in the form, not sure what to answer.

Is this job offer for work that is:
  • full-time
  • continuous and
  • for at least one year?
I have a full-time job offer and I am working since Nov 12th, 2018, what does "for at least one year?" mean here?

The job offer is for for applicants working in Canada...

Yes I am currently working in Canada
Are you on a open work permit or closed work permit ?
If you are on a closed work permit this may apply. You need to check if your closed WP is an ICT (LMIA exempted) or a WP with a LMIA

For ICT one you need to complete 1 year and should have supporting reference letter mentioning that the your employer will provide you the job offer 1 yr after you get the PR
For LMIA supported WP you can claim the job offer points

If you are on a open work permit, then this job offer will not apply

Thanks for the quick reply.
I am on an open work permit, so do I have to fill "No" in the question where its asked do I have a job offer in Canada?
