Express entry Applcation Status Confusion . Please help

Hi Guys,

what does application status says after 24 hours of creation ( including job bank ) ..

I have created 3 months before, got an invitation and at that time it was open after 24 hours...

I have created another yesterday morning 5 AM another profile ( decline and withdraw the old ITA )..

but now the application status says this --- It doesnt say Status Open or Active ..


I got a email as well saying that I have got a mesage, but I dont see any document in my CIC account ..

what does this mean ... am I in the pool now ?? or something else ??
